How to use Google+ for traffic or rank . and is it beneficial if u have a good following and what if you have not much people in your circle…
so where to start with… i had read a lot thread for this in the board… and want to know more about it…
Start a group related to your stuff and start posting fresh news and share you links also
To be more effective in any community you need to add value my friend.
All top bloggers are famous because they add and provide value to their readers.
Similar is the case with your Google + account as well. Keep providing value to your circle members.
Keep updating with the latest happenings in your niche and soon you will see good number of

I don’t know much about Google+, but I think it’s similar with Facebook becuase both of them are social network site. You should update information on Google+ by post link from your website.
You also should make a blog and let this blog connect with your Google+.
Made a brand page page for your website or product and update that page regularly. This will help you in getting more and more visitors and traffic also.

That’s the best answer - be fully integrated but most importantly be social with people and don’t just spam them with info.
simple, purchase google + followers and start posting on google plus.
Why? Surely you want people to follow you because you’re worth following, so what good will paid followers be?
The quality content and information are the key to use Google+ successfully. The more you publish fresh and quality content on your G+ pages, the more followers you will get. It increase the seo value of G+.
