I recently changed my blog to do-follow.Now I want people to know that my blog has been changed to do-follow so the traffic may increase.Please guide
I think you should look at your motivations. What kind of commenters are you going to attract by advertising something like that?
Should I go to forums and tell people that I have a do-follow blog which they can comment on?
You can post about it, first. Then enter it into some of the free online do-follow lists. I had mine dofollow for a while but it did nothing for me, I’m trying to beef up my SEO so back to nofollow for now.
Just make notice on the blog, don’t try to boost it over night, let your visitors know that and appreciate that, with them coming on your blog you will get them recommending to their friends, twitting about it and so on and so on. Check out sitesketch101, author have both do follow links and is actively participating in every conversation.
If you make only reason for people to come to your blog do follow links, you will not concentrate on quality of blog posts that should be your primary concern.
Post an blog post about it.
Then you can add a little notice above the commenting area with something like
This blog is DO-FOLLOW!
Yes, write it somewhere near the comments, but don’t go on forums in order to attract professional commenters, it won’t bring any value to your blog at all.

The spammers love do-follow comments 
Oh yes the do…and that’s the only benefit you can get for your blog for making it do follow…You may get a lot of comments because your blog will now be a spammers magnet but when google finds out you are getting comments from blacklisted(links with bad records) links, you may also eventually find yourself in link farm.
Just make a blog post that telling your readers that your blog is do-follow. Then submit that blog post to social networking sites and forums.
Agree with the previous post. You can create a blog spot to share about your blog. Else can just share in your own blog that “You have a Do Follow Blog”. Then share your blog in Bookmarking, Forum posting, Article posting, Blog commenting etc.
I think the best way is to announce it in your blog, this way you would only attract comments from people that really interested in your content. You could submit it in dofollow directories or announce it in forums but of course it would attract spammers, and the last thing you want is someone to include your blog in a “dofollow list” and share it for free to get traffic that would be a nightmare, you’re gonna have to deal with tons of crappy comments everyday.

Advertise it by submitting to blog directories, social bookmark, twitter, facebook, etc.
i’d submit it to do follow directories and tell your friends and blog about it.
better nofollow it’s just my statement…
your blog dofollow… it’s mean you invite many spammer to your blog…
you’ll get bad view from SE like google…
@infogadgetonline: I respect your comment & ideas but I thought that I would remove all the spams and just include real comments.My blog is very new so for the first four months I will use dofollow and than switch back to nofollow when O gain some readers
