You have several choices here, you can sell it on sites such as GraphicsRiver but it wouldn’t so much as a service but more stock. If you want to create a true service then you would need to create several samples on your website. Creating some free quality logos would be a start in terms of getting name recognition.

Hi, I am not sure but please try logo guru website, they do kind ot contests for the best logo and anyone who is interested can buy your design.
Sell your services at Elance.com. You will earn lots of money there. You may find it a bit difficult to get clients there at start but slowly you will understand how to fetch lots of clients.
