I am planning to start an Ad network using PPC Feeds. I need expert help in setting up the network right from the scratch, getting publishers, getting ppc feeds.

Frankly, I have no idea how can you do that. I am just thinking that you probaly need some kind of really good hardware and smart software to protect your business and your clients in general and of course quality hosting. If I were you, with such an interest I would certainly talk to an expert in order to take advise and then I would decide if I get into that business or not. That depends on various things such as skills, abilities, prior knowledge and experience and probably a lit bit of money.
If a person would be able to do all of that, he’d do it for himself.
Stating an Ad Network is no joke, Publishers/Advertisers dont join unless your backed by a strong name or fund. You must have a USP, specially when there are so many of networks around these days.
