Check the YouTube and other companies for their terms for removing content. They have protocols for doing this, especially for removing copyright-violation content. For example: https://www.youtube.com/yt/copyright/ this site gives direction for removing copyright-violation videos from YouTube.
You can submit report request and ask your friends in circle to report the same video link, this could help easily then ORM.
