How to remove inserted JS request?

I have seen additional requests inside WP which are unknown. How to remove them as they slow down WP installations. An example:

What you have posted is a couple of CSS rules. How are they slowing down your website?

I’m tracking inserted JS and CSS within WP. Let us leave this example. When I install WP plugin it will be inserted JS code as well . Can be such browser requests integrated into one request as it is outside control?

I can’t see how that would be possible.
