I forget the domain name and the password . How to find it?

What about your account with the domain registrar or hosting company? Surely you could find it from there?
Try to look back the old email before you sign up the site maybe it can help you remember your domain name. Is your domain name the same with the title of your site? if its the same then you can remember it along just like my site, I used to change my old domain name to the title of my site enable to remember it easily.
