How to recover after been penalised

I think i’ve been penalised by Google as i’m not currently anywhere in the index for my keyword, the keyword is not competitive at all and even has a domain name that had expired 10 months ago ranking in 4th position. I’m also ranking as 2nd position in Bing.

So it looks like i’ve been penalised by Google as I think I may have keyword stuffed my page.

I’ve reduced my keyword density now and the page reads a lot better, is there anyway I can re-submit my site to get reviewed again, is it just a case of waiting or is it best to start again with a whole new domain name?

I think it’s just the case of waiting now. That’s just how it is, just try your best to keep building links and writing content.

Not much to do but wait. You could file for a reinclusion request, but that would be putting the real heat on your website!

Better just to build backlinks slowly while you wait and add new content, which isn’t keyword stuffed :wink:
