But yeah i cant see where car was before and where it will be after this period 
Perhaps if that information is going to be required on a regular basis, it indicates that you need some changes to the database layout in order to make it run more quickly.
As for missing the before and after locations is that not simply a case of modifying the date range in the query that @TheRedDevil posted?
