Someone would like to help me how can i make my wordpress homepage default subscribe page ?

Subscribe Button

Do you already have that page created? If so, under settings > reading, you can set what page is displayed as the font page and another page for blog posts. 
If you’re asking how to code such a page, then your probably going to need to create a custom page template for that page and use it.
