How to make website more reach by search words

Please I will like to How to make a New Website more Reachable by a group of words… I am Thinking If I should put the words like this…

Virtually no search engines pay any attention to the meta keywords tag, and haven’t done for years and years. Even for the handful of minor ones that do, that list isn’t going to help you one tiny bit. The list is too long, and includes too wide a range of different and unrelated terms that it isn’t going to help them to understand what your site is about.

Don’t write for search engines, write for people. If people can read your site and understand what it’s about then so can search engines.

I think we can separate them into internal and external factor.

  1. internal website and page with correct title, meta description, keyword and content related to the keyword. For example: if your page use keyword “payment system”, your page title, meta description and keyword should have “payment system” and content should contain this keyword.
  2. Externally is how the others website link to you website and web page. Use above keyword as sample, the linkback to you webpage should have anchor text “payment system”.
    If you have many keyword in one page, i suggest you do a few pages and each have different targeted keywords.
