I have recently started a wordpress site.I found a navigation problem in my site. When I post an article by selecting its category in admin page, the post is showing in category but not in related menu page item. For Example:
I wrote a post titled on “Current affairs” and selected category “Current affairs” then published.
By doing this the post is showing in category section only but not in related menu page “Current affairs”.
What I required is…
The post should appear both pages and categories sections and their links should be different like this;
For Page: http://www.govjobexams.com/current affairs
My post
For Category: http://www.govjobexams.com/category/current-affires/
My post
how to solve this? the current affairs section is available at studymaterial page appeared in the right side.

Hi,
Go to Appearance, then Menus and check the following, it may help in getting your answer. On the lft there is a Categories section to link with your menu. Here’s the screenshot of my website dashboard menu section,
And below you can find an option Add to Menu,
That is going to add a category archive page to your navigation menu, not a specific post in the desired category. So it will show all the posts, or excerpts of all the posts in the category. Is that what you wanted?
I think there was a spelling mistake, right?
(It should be “Current Affairs” and you wrote it “Current Affiers” as shown in your question,)
