I have created website which is forum and category is Android.
I want adsense or media.net approval but did not have sufficient traffic so they are not accept my request.
how to get real traffic? what to do?

Getting a forum started is hard work, and you’re in a field with high competition. If you want to target Canada and the USA, then I think you’ll have even more of an uphill battle. It’s clear from the wording of your post that you’re not based in either of those countries. What is the quality of the posts in your forum? Is the English of a generally high standard, or not? I’m not trying to discourage you, just to make you see things realistically.
How long has your forum been active? If it’s still early days, I’d advise you to concentrate on building up a good, contributing membership without worrying about where they come from. Get your forum onto a solid footing first, and then work on more targeted traffic.
I can tell you that as a forums user in the US, that a number one consideration is the level of English speaking. It doesn’t have to be “proper” English, everyone doesn’t have to be experts in grammar and have extravagant vocabularies… but if people are not able to be understood as the general rule, I wouldn’t stick around. There is too much competition out there to bother putting up with that kind of stumbling block.
If you’re focusing on Android, what sort of topics will you cover? Do you have any affiliated social media, blogs, whatever? Do you or the people working with you have any contacts in the android community that you could tap?
If you have marketing funds, you could try using Adwords or Facebook ads or the like but I wouldn’t waste the money until you’re sure your forum is ready for people, as if people finally click through and find a half done website, they may just bounce.

yes website is working properly. All are done. forum is for android community. if any one have any issue in mobile then they can post and get help from experts or any user know about that issue so they can help.
Yes i am from India. forum is for android users who have problem in their phone like ram issue,hitting issue etc.

Nothing personal, but your command of English is poor.
Since you are from India, I assume you have better command of at least one of India’s languages.
Rather than have the target audience be the United States and Canada, I think you would find things much more satisfying if your target audience were to be India.
