Its not so easy to get a verified page. Mainly page with lots of real followers gets such verified badge. Also there is a method to verify with a code but not available in all regions.
This link i am open and no step in verified link.
Then perhaps your page is not eligible.
As the link @Mittineague posted says:
Pages for local businesses and other organizations may be eligible for a gray verification badge. If you’re an admin and your Page is eligible and has a profile picture and cover photo, you’ll see this option in your Page’s Settings.

To get verified, you need to create a Facebook page first. Select a relevant category like (Business, Person etc.) & add proper description and start sharing the content on your page. When your page get relevant traffic and subscribers. Facebook will automatically give verified badge to your account.
That’s not what Facebook’s guidelines say (see quote above and @Mittineague’s link). According to those, you have to apply for verification.
Sorry my bad, I thought it is some how similar to twitter verfication process.

There are currently 2 ways to verify your Facebook profile or account.
1. Through publically listed phone no. (They will call you with verification no.)
2. Need to submit relevant id Proofs.

Yeah, this is the same information posted already by @Mittineague if you read above.
Also, for what it’s worth to the OP or any other reader, the phone number has to meet some criteria, be publicly associated with your business. So if you’re registering a new business entity, or a self-branded freelancing business, or whatever, you may be denied after verifying via phone number, and have to use documents instead, anyway.
