How to engaged the new visitors as repeater visitors?

I am working for an ecommerce website which offers designer sarees, salwar kameez jewellery etc. We are improving our organic new visitors on website but we need to engaged people as repeater visitors.
Please give me some suggestion how we’ll improve repeater visitors.

@ross555 Just concentrate on it content marketing. Make video tutorials. Offer some Giveaways to your visitors. make a FAQ page on your site. Blog is the best source to increase repeat visitors…
