Hello,
i saw a logo and want to do a similar style
how can i do this with photoshop or fireworks

Photoshop, Illustrator etc. have “brushes” which might help with this. I’m no expert, but I suggest you look into brushes and have a play with them. There are many ‘in the box’, but you can also download tons of them.

Basic Photoshop tutorial will also help you do it. And you should actually do it with brush. It’s easy enough.

Use dry pastel or halftone filters in Photoshop.
