Hi,
On a quick view of the code it looks like the images of the watch are made up of multiple image parts but only the selected part is made visible.
For example all the watch faces are stacked all on top of each other and then when you select a watch-face from the menu the js adds an active class to the corresponding watch face on the watch itself causing it to show.
