Try this instead:

http://www.cachedpages.com/

I have not used Google cache:

I use Google Webmasters Tools.

All my attempts in a few browsers all redirect to URLs at webcache.googleusercontent.com

eg. for cache:www.sitepoint.com

http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache%3Awww.sitepoint.com
