I am building a new site in word press, images have alt tags as image file names(alt=“20090801_SID_994” and title=“20090801_SID_994”), how do I change the alt and title tags, is there any easy way instead of doing manually,
my problem is I have a gallery page and many galleries and each gallery has many images, i can not change all manually so can any body help me please.
If you use the insert image feature in your create post/page you can add the Title you want for the image and the Alternate for it. You can even add captions. The button is in your toolbar above where you write your content.

Hi Thanks for the reply, I have tried that it is good option if we have only 1 or 2 images in a page or post but my concern is I have a gallery with multiple posts(new-year, Christmas party, social gathering …) so, each post has hundreds of images (image1.jpeg, image2.jpeg …), I won’t be a able to make changes to each and every image so I am looking for a solution where I can either disable the option or edit so that when I mouse hover the images then it would either display appropriate alt tag or doesn’t have any can you please help me
