How do you add a header image to the genesis theme.
Hard to tell as “genesis” is not in the theme directory of wordpress.org.

because if you spent 60 bucks on it. they should be jumping at the opportunity to help!
if not
try adding to the post your function.php, header.php & in case they have an inc folder look in there for an additional header file. The code might be in there.
