I would google “forum plugin for wordpress” or even “free forum plugin for wordpress”. You can also try looking in the WP Plugin database for forum plugins
An alternative way would be to have a separate forum forum software and “bridge” the two with one of them handling all user management and logins (sessions).
Login to your Wordpress Dashboard, go to Plugin and search “forum” as keyword. There are some available. You can go to wordpress.org to find out the forum that suit your requirement in advance also.
