How post data through proxy server and redirect to url?

I want to post data to bank, but i want use the other IP address from my proxy not mine. I need to post data to bank and redirect user to fill information in bank page , and bank will redirect it to my callback page. but i want first time i post basic user data to bank i use proxy , how i can do this? in curl the page will not redirect to bank?
