I have a few wordpress blogs that I can content relates to my site. Some of the pages are not indexed very well on Google.
How often do we update Wordpress blog content?

Use an xml sitemap plugin and submit it to Google. Use a good list of pingback servers (Update Services), you should easily find one on Google. You can also submit your feed to feed directories. And you can use the social networking plugins to make it easy for your readers to share your post (as well as for you to syndicate your posts on your social profiles).
How often you update the blog is relative. It’s more to do with your readership than Google, as long as you update it at all. And keep in mind that not all of your pages will be indexed anyway.
Anyway, being indexed is not something to be obsessed about. Your blog is indexed, Google knows about it and that’s all you need to know. Just being indexed won’t bring you traffic, your pages have to rank. If people find your posts interesting, comment and link to them, they will be indexed and ranked naturally.
