How much time do I spend on a site. Depends on how big and complex it is.
thanks all, it’s really interesting to learn about how you guys work. I can see there isn’t just one right answer. It really helps.
I tend to imagine some cool extra features that will take more time than a basic site and I should be able to give 2 estimates : one for the basic version and another for the site with the extra stuff. Then I guess it’s down to us to convince the client to go for the more expensive option if we feel it would benefit them.
Btw I really wish I’d designed that Show 09 website. I think it’s pretty awesome.
