How make default directory for GIMP in kubuntu 18

Hello,
if there is a way for GIMP-е ( 2.8.22 / Kubuntu 18 ) to make the same default directory
when opening file or using Export As dialogs. I tried to
set CurrentUser/Documents settings opf gimp : https://prnt.sc/1738vhp, but looks like it does not help…

Which way is correct?
