How Keywords Ranks on First Page

Hello Everyone,

I have a website for which I am targeting 4 keywords and they all rank on 2nd page of Google for my website. I used to do basic SEO activities like SBM, classifieds, business listing, blog commenting, forum posting, directory submission, blog promotion etc… So I would like to know that what extra efforts I need to put in order to bring them up in 1st page of Google.
