How in Chrome set default directory?

Hello,
If there is a way in Chrome 88 ( kubuntu 18.04 ) when opening file dialog (CTRL+O)

  • to open in one default directory, which I enter in some setting options?
  • To have listing of recently opened files directories with possibility to reopen it?
