SEO is an important for bringing visitors to a particular website. Many techniques are used to attract visitors. Black hat SEO and White head SEO are very familiar to website arena.
Can someone elaborate in clear terms as to how Google Panda works in terms of Black hat and white hat SEO?
Panda is just one of very many algorithm updates that Google has made over past years.
The aim is to kill off “black hat” methods and reward those who create good quality sites with the user in mind, not content created to manipulate rankings.

Panda is so old that it has little relevance to modern SEO except as a historic guide as to the direction that Google is heading.
