I had a situation recently where i put a post in the wrong forum section. Is there a way after you’ve posted to manually extract it and drop in an entirely different forum section.
Any insights welcome 
My cursor only changes to hand when I hover over the flag, no text, javascript is on.

Most of the scripts seem to be hosted at sitepointstatic.com.
With Javascript on I don’t get a tooltip, and I get a message of 27 errors… however that might be because I only turned on Sitepoint, so possibly the sitepoint scripts are relying on other scripts (maybe a library).
In any case, a title attribute would fix this for mousers. JS is nice to add the same to keyboarders.
You can’t do that yourself, but you can click the orange flag next to your post (the one that says “Flag Post” when you hover it) and ask a moderator to move it for you.
When I do ‘View source’ it only shows alt="Flag Post", no title attribute. With JavaScript enabled I get a tooltip, but not if JavaScript is disabled (Opera 10.53).

Absolutely nothing.
Apparently you only get the helpful text if you happen to use a bad, bad browser (which shouldn’t be showing any text at all but does anyway because it’s a bad bad browser).
