I tried to use media query to adjust a few things, but the image isn’t scaling down esp on tablet (min-768px). How do I adjust this so the image can scale down just a bit more?
Why is the bottom of the image like that. that part should at the top of the page.

Did you change the master bootstrap file at all? A small padding or margin change, or something like that to the original bootstrap file?
This page triggers a horizontal scroll bar at 780px and narrower.
The attached HTML has a boatload of commented out code. As is, it does not trigger a horizontal scroll bar. Read on…
There are two “degrees” of scroll offset.
IF…
I recommend that you go back to it and seek help to straighten out your bootscrap before proceeding any further with content issues.

You should use @media queries. This will help you make everything responsive.
