I’m afraid that as you are a beginner
trying to develop a site that involves currency exchange will be a very complex if not dangerous endeavor.
In fact, such a site is so complex that even advanced coders would not attempt to do so by themselves alone.
I guess there are apps that handle a lot of the complexities. But even then you will need to not only learn the app but also how to configure it.
Reaching your goal is doable, but please take it in small baby steps, do a lot of research, and give yourself a lot of time.
