How do I achieve this look

As I do a lot of looking around at other websites I notice a very popular trend emerging. The use of grey logos.

As an example here is a website I found that uses this technique at the bottom of the page.

My question is how do I acheive this look in photoshop?

Open up your logos in Photoshop and go to Image Menu > Mode> Grayscale

You can easily use it. he use is logo in grey color mode. & set footer option in your site. Thanx
