Really wondering.
I was check backlinks in Google and Yahoo! and get results zero links in Google and 14 links in Yahoo! and most of them are No-Follow attribute,according to Google PR comes with great quality and quantity followed back links,then how is it possible that this web site has 6 PR.

This site owner must be great in SEO or he hired savvy SEO guy to do this in efficient way.

You only need a couple of PR7 links and that will get you a PR6 really easy.

Yes you are right, quality links are very important, That is not the quantity that give you the page rank its the quality that can convert some thing.

Is there a way to get high PR links (above 5) without the site’s owner being your brother?

Hmm, yeah that’s weird.
It has really big traffic. People say links are votes. Links (like talk) are wickedly cheap, the real vote is visiting. With an Alexa rank of 148K, must be getting good traffic - real votes of importance.

Just a theory.
