How can you "Force" YouTube vids to download and not hang :-(

Hi from sunny but freezing York UK :slight_smile:
On this page: https://visityork.nmdemo.net/ the YouTube videos do not download and leave blank spaces. Is there a technique to “Push” the videos to show?
