How can I reassure that my 1&1 domain&hosting got cancelled and refunded


Hello! So I'm pretty new here and I usually don't do these kind of things but I feel like I'm in a serious pickle right now and I'm not 100% confident if my contract got really cancelled and refunded because I've been reading a lot of reviews and blogs who experienced the same situation that I did but some didn't get cancelled or refunded.

A few weeks I felt I got scammed and had a horrible experience using 1&1 hosting, I asked for a cancellation and refund but they seem to constantly dodge the question "will i get refunded?" anyways I've been told that they would cancel my purchase after confirming it to them, this conversation happened on March 5. It's March 27 and they just recently cancelled it after I complained. I received a notification that my hosting package was cancelled but I 'm not too sure if I got refunded tho??? What should I do? I always thought maybe it's the language barrier and i just didn't understand the email or anything. Please help I really don't know what to do now.


Have you read the T&C's?

9.3 Payment w ill be taken automatically follow ing delivery of your invoice and will be non-refundable. In the event that any
automatic payment should fail, the invoice w ill be considered overdue and immediately payable.

I would guess you will not get one; sometimes it is best to pay monthly if you are not sure.
