Hi, I want to make a job recommendation system in PHP, in codeigniter if is possible, but, first, i want to ask, how can I make that?

I want to upload my business ads preferences who have json format and my school situation - format pdf (notes) and from these options, the platform need to show a list of jobs who are for me.
