Hey, I have been blogging for 6 months. But I would like to know how can I check Google Punda affects for my blog. Have any tool that will help me to check Google Panda and Penguin affects.
Panda and Penguin have been around long enough that if they have an impact on you, it has probably already happened.
Though Penguin has had a recent update.
The main tool for checking your performance with Google is the Search Console (Webmaster Tools), that will show stats on Clicks, Impressions, CTR and Average Position over time. If a change occurs coinciding with an update, you may be affected.
Really, if you are doing nothing wrong you should welcome these algorithms as they not only punish bad sites, but they reward good quality sites. So the best policy is to follow search engine guidelines.

If your website ranking drastically goes down then you can assume that google found something bad with the website. In many cases google webmaster tools also reports the manual action taken by algorithms against a spam website.
