Welcome to the forums, @nynamittal777. There may be another way, but I like to keep my videos in my own YouTube channel, and then embed them in my wordpress site using the embedding code that YouTube provides.
There is a plugin available in the Wordpress if you are looking to add the testimonials to your WordPress site. You can either install this plugin or customize the code of the page of your WordPress. You can create a new code for the video testimonials and integrate into the WordPress site.
