Hover Not Working in IE

My nav menu works properly in Safari & FireFox, but not in IE.

Would love to know how to fix this!

As far as I can tell, it works fine in IE9, 8 and 7. Under what conditions are you testing this?

I’m on a Mac, but when I looked at it on my husband’s laptop with IE8, the menu items only hovered the first time,
after the first click, the text was highlighted in a block and there was no bottom rule.
