Hosting local home server using Dynamic DNS

hi,

I need to bring my local home server online so that trainees can access the loaded software and do the lab exercises. I read about Dynamic DNS. I’m having Comcast cable internet and I’m not sure whether I can still use Dynamic DNS. If I can use it, what would be a reliable and feasible performer in Dynamic DNS. I checked following options so far.

The dynamic DNS is what your address is to the outside world.

For your home (test) server, your computer is always 127.0.0.1 so it will not impact the D DNS. Just remember to create your virtual hosts using 127.0.0.1 (if you’re using VHs).
