I’m looking for a resource on web home page designs to inspire me. The proposed web site purpose will be to give Digital Marketing tips and tricks. The nearest ive got to me thinking yes i like that is this

So is there a resource out there (Apart from googling) to let you have a look at lots of front page web design ideas?

Do a web search for “web design showcase” or “CSS showcase” or similar, there are lots of these types of site that “showcase” designs, usually filterable by subject.
