We developed new E-commerce platform similar to Shopify, BigCommerce . Can Anybody suggest me how to promote and gets more registered merchants on platform. What are the advertisement strategy need to follow to achieve and giving competition to Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento etc. we are targeted to list 2000 merchants in coming 6 months.

According to me, You can take help of PPC campaign (Google ad words) for best output.
I’m more than a little puzzled by this. You’re targeting the same market sector as companies trading and worth $100m’s, but don’t yet understand how you’re going to advertise your proposition? I really have to wonder whether your goals are realistic here - ambitious certainly, but I do wonder what kind of business plan you have that makes you believe this is a possibility.
