Help with WHERE in SELECT

I have this select statement

SELECT assetType AS type, ROUND(SUM(assetValue), -2) AS rounded FROM Assets GROUP BY assetType ORDER BY assetType

the result…

How do I modify the query to only display only the assetType if there is more than 1 of the Type? Like the house type only occurs once.

add a HAVING clause
