Help with Website project boards

Hello,

I am a web developer / designer . I am looking to take on more projects and need a better resource than CraigsList and cold calls. People on CraigsList seem to be looking for free or $5.00 web sites.

I am hoping to find some better project websites. Can someone please list some sites they have had success with?

I would try scriptlance. I have used it as a purchaser rather than a seller and found it straightforward and easy to use-presuming it would be the same as a “seller”. Would warn you though this “game” is exceptionally cut throat. I ended up going with an Indian designer (both times) as they were 1/10 of the price of the obviously UK/US based designers.
