HELP! With Adify to Google Admanager!

First, I truly thank you for taking time to read my questions! I’ve read tutorials but still confused.

I am helping someone “transfer” adify ads to admanager. They have a wordpress blog which is monetized via 3rd party ad networks (martha’s circle, plateful) which are managed on ADIFY. I want to manage on Admanager now.

Basically, how do I transfer the proper code from Adify (which contains 3rd party ad networks) into AdManager, then to my blog?

Using these third party ad networks, how do i upload a creative? When I login to Adify, martha’s circle, for example, I just see "get tags and it is javascript code that includes adify code like this:

<!-- Begin Adify tag for “Rectangle” Ad Space (300x250) ID #…

Really confused as to how to go about making sure I do all this right!

Please help- thank you!

Hi juju84,

I would be happy to help. This is fairly straight forward to setup. If you need any help, feel free to shoot us an email at help@adify.com.

Goal:

  • Have the Google Ad Manager (GAM) ad-tag sitting on the wordpress blog.
  • Manage the rotation of multiple Adify tags from different networks (Martha’s Circle, Platefull, etc. hosted in Adify) via GAM

To do this:

  1. Create the corresponding Ad Size tag (Placement) in GAM.

  2. Create a Campaign (“Adify Tags Campaign”) with a line item for each Adify Network tag (assuming 2 networks in the example below. For a 300x250 ad size):
2a. Line Item 1 (“Martha’s Circle 300x250 Line Item”): Traffic the Martha’s Circle ad-tag (from Adify) as a Creative in this Line item.
2b. Line Item 2 (“Platefull 300x250 Line Item”): Traffic the Platefull ad-tag (from Adify) as a Creative in this line item.

  3. Make sure to set a large impression goal and long date range to ensure that the line item will be active and serving impressions. In GAM, these numbers are purely to ensure fill and not for reporting. Use Adify numbers for the reporting.

  4. Now whenever the GAM tag is invoked on the blog, it will render one of the Adify tags, which will serve the creative trafficked in Adify.

Thanks,
Alok
