Help understanding AdSense Message regarding RPM and Engagement

Hi,

In my Adsense account, I have this message at the top:

“One goal of Matched content is to increase user engagement. Your page RPM and other metrics might be affected by this increase.”

Can someone tell me what this means and what I need to do? There is no link or anything for me to get more information about it.

To me, it reads as “We’re changing our algorithm, please dont spam our support email when the numbers you’re used to seeing all go a bit wonky in a few days.”
