www CN - base
ns1.abhinaba.com NS - ns1.abhinaba.com
ns2.abhinaba.com NS - ns2.abhinaba.com
setup ns1 ad soa nameserver.
Setup rdns of the ip to abhinaba.com.
Am I missing something??
Please help.
That looks to me like the name server hasn’t been set up yet - its possible it may take a few hours for the nameserver to actually receive the updates you’ve added to the system.
Give it until tomorrow morning and check back just incase there is a delay in setup from your servers end.
I don’t know except rnds, soa setting all changes are made more than 24 hours ago… SOA updated atleast 12 hours back and rdns updated just an hour ago…
Just restart the server. Now everything is ok except recursive NS record. ‘Server Restart’ is the only thing I missed.
This is the message given by intoDNS:
I could use the nameservers listed below to performe recursive queries. It may be that I am wrong but the chances of that are low. You should not have nameservers that allow recursive queries as this will allow almost anyone to use your nameservers and can cause problems. Problem record(s) are:
178.63.118.158
Will I ignore it or need to fix some thing. Please help.
