Hi everyone
I’m VERY new to CSS etc please bare with me
I’m recreating my site and using dreamweaver and css
so I started with making nested divs. at the moment I’m trying to divide the header class to put my menu and logo. so I created a table and row etc its looking good in Safari but totally messed up in Firefox!! I have no idea why and how to fix this…
should I just try to divide everything with divs instead? I tried this but was running into problems with positioning them out correctly…
I’m pulling my hair out trying to figure this out!!!
PLEASE HELP…
oh one more thing… the class .thumbs is where the gallery thumbs will be and will open up with lightbox- now is it best to use hotspot imagemaps in dreamweaver OR slice the hexagons up in photoshop, import them all to dreamweaver and go down that route?
here is my stuff

I basically want the layout to look like websitedesign.jpg
thanks
Hi valeriapandolfin, welcome to SitePoint!
What you describe might take quite a bit of reworking, but I see you are getting some help with this already.
[As a general rule, avoid posting the same question on different sites, as it could lead to people spending time doing work that’s already done. Once that process is finished, do come back if you have further questions, though. ]
