how to determine other app is top level ?
suppose installation is 5 lac but review for this app is 500 only, so this app is top level app or not?

If you want to know what apps are “top” there’s a page for that.
AFAICT the number of reviews is not most important, but that the number of times it has been downloaded is used.
It seems to be an alternative spelling of lakh.
I still don’t entirely understand the question, especially as it’s been posted in Social Media, which seems to have nothing to do with it.
