Help finding a lightweight CMS

We just build a static html website for a client and they want to be able to edit one section on one page of the site. I don’t want to customize a wordpress site for just this one section. I was looking for some lightweight cms suggestions that would allow a non-web savy client to be able to login and make several changes.

Basically they would need to be able to replace an image (already formatted), a headline, and a description.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

There’s always Perch - https://grabaperch.com/ which you can integrate into an exiting site, for all content or just specific bits.
